Scenery-only commission for 
who asked only for me to draw what I felt inspired to create. These sorts of pieces are so rare for me but its always a delight to completely indulge in that full storybook style background that I love making. I added a turtle because they mentioned they liked them, so there he is just having a little conversation with the moon. ♥
My style influences for this sort of scenery are mostly Eyvind Earle, who was the main artist who did the backgrounds for Disney's Sleeping Beauty, and also a bit of the artstyle from The Secret of Kells movie. But I'm also throwing a bit of my own flair into it too, just kind of finding my own voice between the two styles. :) Its always really fun to explore!
